Notes: The Budapest Sewage Works Museum opened in 1987 at a wastewater treatment facility in Óbuda. Its permanent exhibition tells the history of Budapest's sewage system from Roman times to the present day. The exhibit also features operating, 75-year-old sewage treatment machines.
